How it works
Choose hours accrued per pay period or PTO hours earned per hour worked. Current balance plus accrual minus use gives the balance. Future accrual excludes future usage. A zero cap means no modeled balance cap.
Example
A 20-hour balance plus 4 accrued hours minus 8 used hours leaves 16 hours.

Does the projection apply my employer’s carryover rules?
No. You supply accrual, usage and any balance cap. The projection assumes no future usage and does not determine eligibility, carryover or forfeiture policy.
