Enter each shift separately, including a second row for split shifts. Weekly overtime is hours beyond your chosen threshold. It does not determine legal eligibility or daily overtime. Shifts starting in the selected week are assigned to their start date.
Example
Five 9-to-5 shifts with 30-minute unpaid breaks total 37.5 hours. At $20 per hour, gross earnings are $750.
Questions about this tool
Can I enter two shifts on the same day?
Yes. Add one row per shift with its own unpaid break. Overlapping shifts are rejected, and the calculator totals paid hours across the selected Monday–Sunday week.
Are these results independently verified?
No. Results and documents use the information you enter. Review the inputs and keep the underlying records.
