How it works
The first pay date anchors the schedule; only dates on or after it in the selected year are included. Enter payment lag to derive assumed period ends. Fixed day-of-month dates clamp to month-end. Weekends and holidays are not adjusted automatically.
Example
A biweekly schedule advances 14 calendar days at a time. Depending on the calendar and anchor date, a year can contain 26 or 27 paydays.
Questions about this tool
Are pay dates moved for holidays or weekends?
No. The calendar uses your starting date and frequency without bank-holiday adjustments. Period dates also depend on your entered pay lag and should match the employer’s schedule.
Are these results independently verified?
No. Results and documents use the information you enter. Review the inputs and keep the underlying records.
