How it works

The first tier applies to sales up to the threshold and the second tier only to sales above it. Flat commission and bonus are added separately. Base pay is entered for the same period as the sales.

Example

$10,000 sales at 5% yields $500 commission. Add $1,000 base pay and a $100 bonus for $1,600 total.

Questions about this tool

How does the second commission tier work?

The first rate applies up to the entered sales threshold. Only sales above that threshold receive the second rate; the flat commission and bonus are then added.

Are these results independently verified?

No. Results and documents use the information you enter. Review the inputs and keep the underlying records.
